Great zoo. The zoo is flat and easy to walk around. Interactive with the animals which the kids loved.

The park didn't think the 3 kids went free and tried to charge me for another adult fare. I had to explain multiple times and show them the ticket clearly stated 2 adults entry and 3 kids. Very frustrating. The parking was very annoying with only a handful of actual spots you needed to park on the main road which wasn't the safest walking with kids as there was no foot path. The zoo itself was great and the kids loved it.

You can feed camels, kangaroos, goats and chicken. A good zoo.

I thought the price ticket is expensive but it’s worth it to go. My family including teenagers and elderly people had a really good time and fun. It’s a small zoo but a lot of animals to see and interact. If you visit Hunter valley, it’s highly recommended to go.

Great experience! And the staff were all very friendly.

We went not long before closing time which also happens to be feeding time for a lot of the animals so they were all very active - was great to see! For a small fee of $6 you also get 2 things filled with food to feed to the animals. There’s also enclosures that you get to actually go into and interact and pat the animals.
