What you can expect

Step into a crocodile's lair (safely) and enter the “Cage of Death” with a friend at Crocosaurus Cove! Face off with these prehistoric predators in a one of a kind 15 minute cage dive into their enclosure. The only place in Australia where you can do this!

After receiving a thorough safety briefing, daring divers will enter the purpose built glass transparent ‘Cage of Death’ cylinders before slowly being lowered and submerged into the waters of the crocs enclosure. Observe these powerful territorial reptiles from the safety of the protective cage with 360 degree views and look into their eyes as they swim around the cage. For 15 minutes, you and a friend will have time to observe the movement, behaviour and size of a saltwater crocodile and on site photographers will be nearby to capture the incredible experience. Croc handlers conduct regular feeds while you are in the cage to try to ensure that you get see some movement from the crocodile up close.

The Cage of Death experience is run daily from 9.30am at Crocosaurus Cove in Darwin.

One of the most amazing experiences I have ever encountered

One of the most amazing experiences I have ever encountered! To be up so close to a dangerous predator and to truly take in their sheer presence was awesome and so well run. The guides were so informative and very happy to provide us with an awesome adventure!
